Painted Octagon Basket

This eight-sided octagon shape basket is decorated with a black and gold leaf painting of a young child carrying a bowl of fruit.  Additional painted decorations consist of florals, feathers, insects, and pomegrantes.  The handle is secured with a bamboo wrap.  The artist signature is on the bottom.
